Service Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms of service (“Terms of Service”) and the Coaching with Kenva Client Waiver (collectively, this “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement is between you and Kenva Strachan (“Coach”), a Christian Life Coach.
1. Services Provided
-
The Coach offers life coaching services focused on personal, spiritual, and professional growth, informed by Christian principles.

Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. It is a collaborative and goal-oriented process designed to help the Client achieve personal development and spiritual growth.
2. Acknowledgment of Responsibilities
-
The Client acknowledges that the coaching relationship is a partnership. Progress and results depend on the Client’s active participation and commitment to implementing strategies discussed during sessions.
-
The Coach does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for outcomes resulting from the Client’s decisions and actions.
3. Confidentiality
-
The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, except as required by law or with the Client’s explicit written consent.
-
Exceptions include, but are not limited to, situations involving potential harm to the Client or others, or legal obligations.
4. Use of Reviews, Names, and Likeness
-
The Client grants the Coach permission to use testimonials, feedback, and reviews provided by the Client for promotional and commercial purposes. These may include, but are not limited to, website content, social media, and marketing materials.

The Coach will use only the Client’s first name and general identifiers (e.g., “Jane D.” or “a coaching client”) unless the Client provides explicit written consent to use their full name.
-
For group coaching sessions, the Client acknowledges that group discussions, images, and video recordings may be used as part of the Coach’s social and commercial marketing efforts. The Coach will take reasonable steps to protect the Client’s privacy while showcasing the group’s dynamic and interactions.
-
The Client acknowledges that receiving an individual or group pro-bono session, requires a formal written review, with use of the Client’s name or likeness, be completed for public use of social and commercial marketing.
5. Group Coaching Sessions
-
By participating in group coaching sessions, the Client acknowledges that these sessions may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes.
-
The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of other group participants, refraining from sharing their personal information or stories outside the group setting.

-
The Client releases the Coach and any associated entities from all liability related to the life coaching process, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or financial outcomes.
7. Payment and Cancellation Policy
-
Payment for coaching sessions is due upon booking, via bank transfer or e-payment.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the total payment. Up to two reschedules are allowed within the allotted notice window and initial payment may be used as payment for the rescheduled appointments.
8. Faith-Based Disclaimer

The Client acknowledges that the Coach’s services are rooted in Christian faith so guidance and advice will reflect Christian principles.
-
Coaching is not a substitute for prayer, worship, or personal study of the Bible.
